Are you our new Senior Paid Social Specialist?

At Iternum Digital in Frederiksberg, we are looking for an experienced profile who doesn’t just understand algorithms but also dares to challenge the status quo. You will take responsibility for your own clients, manage a broad portfolio across both B2B and B2C, and play a central role in shaping future digital strategies in an agency with +20 dedicated specialists.

Your role: Strategist, creator, and AI pioneer

Your responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks:

- Strategy development

You develop long-term, holistic plans for national and international brands across various industries. you continuously optimize strategy and direction to ensure the best results for each individual account.

You are hands-on with the setup, optimization, and evaluation of campaigns based on your strategies, taking full ownership of the entire process.

You are naturally curious about AI and actively use tools to optimize workflows, analyze data, and improve performance. You see AI as a partner that can elevate results to new heights.

You advise clients on visual content, ad copy, and the latest trends. You understand that great creative content is the engine of any successful campaign, and you know how to utilize AI for tasks like text generation or image editing.

You dive deep into Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party data to translate complex numbers into easy-to-understand growth.

You have full responsibility for your own client portfolio and serve as their primary strategic partner. You provide technical advice on everything from target audiences to content, lead performance meetings with confidence, and translate complex data into monthly reports and clear growth plans. Additionally, you help onboard and mentor new talent within the team.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive winning mentality:

  • Experience: You have at least 1.5 years of experience (preferably more) with Paid Social from an agency or a marketing department.
  • Creative eye: You have a sharp sense of what performs on social media—from catchy headlines to visual aesthetics.
  • Tech-curious: You love experimenting with new technologies and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and create extraordinary results.
  • Business acumen: You understand the client's bottom line and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team player: You are ambitious on behalf of yourself and your clients, but always ready to lend a colleague a helping hand.
  • Bonus skills: It is an extra plus (but not a requirement) if you have knowledge of or experience with email marketing and Klaviyo.
