At Iternum Digital in Frederiksberg, we are looking for an experienced specialist who lives and breathes email marketing. We work with a holistic mindset, creating deep business understanding and long-term results for our clients through data-driven communication.
As our Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will take full responsibility for your own client portfolio and manage the entire process from strategy to execution:
You plan and execute engaging newsletters that drive traffic and sales, ensuring content is always relevant and performance-driven.
You design and set up intelligent, automated flows (e.g., in Klaviyo) that follow the customer through their entire journey, ensuring the right message at the right time.
You analyze customer behavior and key metrics to continuously optimize strategies and visualize the impact for the client in an easy-to-understand way.
You are naturally curious about AI and actively use the latest tools to optimize everything from segmentation and subject lines to personalized content and performance analysis.
You advise clients on loyalty programs and CRM setups, ensuring data is used actively to create personal and relevant experiences.
You serve as the client’s primary strategic partner, leading performance meetings with confidence and developing detailed plans for future growth.
You play an active and central role in further developing our email marketing service, helping to shape processes, best practices, and the future setup for our clients.
